I consider myself a peace loving soul and work at "holding the light" as do many of my friends here in Israel, a group of healers, artists, yoga teachers and enlightened souls.
 
Just consider this for a moment. To someone in the U.S.A. "war" is that negative action going on in the Middle East. To an Israeli "war" is about survival and it's been going on forever. Put yourself and your family (I don't wish this on anybody) in a town that's being bombarded constantly for eight years, where more often than not your children spend nights in a bomb shelter scared out of their minds. Have you ever been around a missile landing? Well, I have, and it's freakin' scary.
 
It's very nice to have lofty ideals and to sit in comfy America and quote intellectuals and world leaders, who were probably not sitting in a bomb shelter when they came up with these enlightened gems. All your "Kucinich's", Kissingers, Dennis Ross, Bill Clinton and a long line of well meaning souls have not been able to advance this conflict one bit. What does this tell you?
 
However, when a group of fanatics want to destroy your land and will settle at nothing else and, as much as you have a deep desire for peace, the other side hasn't got any inclination to do anything other than destroy, destroy, destroy, regardless of their peoples' suffering, believe me, even the gentlest soul just wants to eliminate the perpetrators and their destructive arms.
 
In case you are not aware of it, there is a "new energy" on earth, the new dynamic does not run on the dogma and principles of old energy types such as Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and as for the creed of the American dream, well all you have to do is look at where it got the American society.  It's about creating new and higher vibrations, living cleaner, and letting go of the old American dream. Americans have much to learn about going back to the basics and doing what we do (both Israelis and Palestinians) the "survival" thing. Learn your lessons dear ones and send the light to yourselves, your work is cut out for you. We have been surviving for many years, have you?

By all means we should all keep on sending light and creating a higher consciousness. We are all one, and for that reason put yourself in other people's shoes and take the time to think where your "ego" would be in that situation.

I'm often asked by people what life is like in Israel. So I thought, I'd post up some photos of my favorite spots and share them with you.

Life here is the same as anywhere else. We live, love, create, go through our day, just like any of you. Climate is good, great beaches, great food, vibrant day and nightlife, places are open till all hours, beautiful women, beautiful men.

And, incidentally, I'm not on  the Ministry of Tourism's payroll, although perhaps I should be (ha,ha...).

Folks, you've probably seen endless images of conflict and negative images from Israel.
Don't believe everything you're shown on the media.

I'm just sharing with you some of the lovely sites of this interesting and exciting land and  some of my favorite spots.
